Need Magnetic Media Advice

Our company needs to file magnetic media for our Federal W-2's. for the first time. Does anyone have any advice as to where we can buy a software update to do this.

I am a three year veteran of mag media in CA.... email me directly and we can swap stories ---- michelle@kaydx.com -- I will share with you I wish someone would have shared with me. - What version Peach are your running? How many employees? Do you have to do state unemployment by media also?

Here is the information you requested:
We are using version 8 of Peachtree.
We processed 320 W-2’s.
We do not have to use mag-media for state unemployment.

Right now, with what limited information and experience using mag-media we have, we are looking at purchasing a $350 program to run the federal information on mag-media. Any suggestions you may have will indeed make us very indebted to you.

Anyhow - Wizard Business Solutions 800 322-4650 - they provide mag media and have a great staff! And when you call you get a LIVE person!! and they call you back when you leave a message!! Yep - things I look for when we purchase software. Anyhow- let them know I sent ya! No I don;t get anything - I just talk to them frequently about Peach & stuff!! Sometimes you may call and even get one of the owners - and they are both so helpful with mag media "stuff" and Peach - hope to hear from you!
