Upgrade to XP w/V10?

I am running Dos V10 on a 98SE machine. I only use GL, AP, AR, SI and Inventory modules and this version serves my business well. However, I understand that it doesn't work, or work well, with XP and I'm interested in upgrading my computer. What suggestions might anyone have? Can I upgrade the V10 to a later version so that it will run on the XP machine? Will I be able to find a later Dos version?

Peachtree will run on Win XP. You will need to adjust the Windows XP Environmental settings. See earlier posts on this same subject re these settings.

Remember that Peachtree DOS V10 is a DOS based program or 16 Bit vs Windows XP OS which is a 32 Bit operating system. However, Win XP will allow you to run older programs using its compatiblity mode.
