Warning: printer perameters

After I downloaded the new 2006 tax tables, I get a warning message when I print the 941 and 940EZ form. "Warning: There was no room to store these printer perameters in the form file." I simply click OK and it prints the forms anyway. Does anyone know why I'm suddenly getting this warning message?

I'm getting the same error message. Glad to hear I'm not alone. Fortunately the forms print fine. The 2004 still print without this error message so they changed something in the files for 2005.

That error message is typically related to an incompatible print driver and the fix is to change print drivers. Usually to an older one. I have not bothered to play with it as I have 2 printers specified and I am not sure which printer is causing the problem. I might uninstall both printers and reinstall them one at a time. But since the forms print ok this has not been a high priority.

In the case of two printers, the printer that has been designated in Windows as the default printer is the one that is causing the Peachtree error msg. Change the default printer to the second of the two printers and if the error msg does not appear, then this would confirm the print driver for the original default printer.
