pHttpXfr13.exe .... What is it?

Hi,

Does anyone know what pHttpXfr13.exe does for Peachtree?

When I start Peachtree Complete Accounting 2006 I am told by my security software that this program is trying to access the internet. Currently I don't allow it to access the internet.

I do allow the main Peachtree application program to access the internet.

Can anyone help me understand what this program does, and whether or not I should allow it to access the internet?
