When we try to change the system date, it gives us an error message stating that all users must be signed out. All users ARE signed out. Does anyone else have this problem?

I occasionally run into this. I assume that you are running Multi-User with data files located on a server? Generally when this happens, someone has crashed out of the program, either their computer has locked up and they have had to perform a hard reset, or a power failure while they are logged in to Peachtree. For some reason, the user remains logged in, even if they log in from another workstation or from the same computer. The only way I have found to correct this is to reboot the server where the files are located. This will then allow you to change the accounting period normally.
