On the NC form NCUI 101, line 3, there is a requirement to insert excess wages.

I searching through all of the choices available in the data selections, I do not see this choice available.

Is there any way to enter this formula into a form?

If you are talking about a State form for North Carolina, I do not believe Peachtree provides any form to print.
YOu would need to fill it out by hand.
Unless someone has other ideas

It is not that big a deal except for the one item I mentioned.

Take the CA form and use the design feature and you can create a SUI 101.

It just does not have that one formula.

And if you don't put something in line 3 when you have reached the reserve amount, you will get it kicked out by the NC Dept. of Revenue.
