View Full Version : 2002 Complete - PO sequential numbering issue

When entering PO's from different PC's on the LAN, Peachtree does not automatically number sequentially. Invoices do not have this problem and the databases are pointing to the same shared drive. Originally, Peachtree support stated that this was a known issue and that it would be fixed with version patch 2. This was in October 2001. Patch 2 did not solve the problem. Now Peachtree states that this is not a known issue and they want me to check the printer drivers. (the first time I called they did not bill me - warranty had already expired, now they made me pay and stated that my case number was only good for 5 days.) They state that no one is reporting this issue. But I am having this problem with 2 different installations. Has anyone run into this issue and does anyone have any advice on how to resolve it?
