Changing Account ID's

I need to switch and account from 3906 to 3920 howdo I accomplish that?

What version of PT are you using? Starting with 2003 you can change IDs. Go into Maintain Chart of Accounts and select the account ID you wish to change. Then hit the Change ID button at the top of the screen. This will work ONLY if the target ID does not already exist.
