I have done everything that the help index suggests and still cannot get it to look that way. Any suggestions woiuld be appreciated

I've used the standard income statement format and changed each line item to fit my needs. Right click to get the properties and set the range (or individual account) for that line. Under the formatting section, choose "detail" or "summary" (summary requires a test header for the line). Add lines as necessary where you need them. Hope this helps.

This will take a lot of effort, but I'm pleased with my results.
