Need help opening an already closed accounting period

Can anyone help me with the steps to open my accounting period for 2004. All I can access now is 2005 and 2006. Thanks!

Are you in want of making changes to entries posted in 2004 or are you looking to reprint a document or need a customer ledger etc covering activities in 2004?

You can not make edit or enter new changes in closed accounting years. You often can reprint documents and or reports for data in closed years.

If you need a document i.e Customer Invoice, go to Reports, Accounts Rec. and Invoice, on the filter screen indicate the invoice number range etc and the system will print the document(s) assuming that the related data has not been purged.

Report, simlpy type in the actual beginning date on the filter screen and the ending date etc. Like above, asuming that the data has not been purged the report will print.
