Increase the number of decimal from -option - global , set it to 5 .
you would get the maximum correct figure .
Dearkashi has one of the areas of control correct.
The other is in the Windows Control Panel choosing REGIONAL SETTINGS and changing the NUMBER and CURRENCY settings for number of settings after decimal.
However, on a invoice the amount owed will still be 2 digets. You can not pay 1/2 cent. So there has to be rounding. If you have 3 inventory items at a cost of .055/item and sell a quainty of 3 the amount would be .17 cents.

Are you referring to the values on the data input screen or those printed on Sales Quotes/Orders/Invoice,Purchase Orders etc. If so, you will need to modify the Unit Price column on these documents to reflect the additional decimal places. You will want to leave the extended price at two decimals.

Please describe what you clicked on to enter in the Decimal to 5.
Was this in the the peachtree software?
Or in the CONTROL PANAL of WINDOWS?

Have you tried going into Maintain, Default, Inventory Items, Price Levels and click the edit button? Here you can set Round Price to "No Rounding", "Specific Cent" or "Next Dollar". Make sure yours is set to "No Rounding".
