View Full Version : Account Receivable name garbled on printout

When I print a customer record list, the printout prints the report fine except for that one of the customer's data is unleadgable. The charachters are not recognizable. If I add a customer to A/R and then print again, the report will mess up on a different customers record and then continue without flaws on the rest.

I have run scandisk, defrag, and deleted/added A/R records but the flaw keeps coming back. I have not found any errors in the records or harddrive. Any suggestions?

be sure to run recover data files. If you have time, select each option individually & process that way, if not, recover all files, go through a/r & invoicing and that might correct the problem.
