I have 6 companies inside peachtree complete 2002 upgrade. Five of these companies will upgrade but one will not. I get a journal hdr.dat error. This company was fine in release 8.0. Any suggestions on how to correct this? I have tried to get support on the telephone but am told that a senior technician has been assigned to my case and will call in a few days. Any suggestions?

has ptree tried to run integrity checkers with you or a repair company? how large is this company megabytes??

The one company is 3.2 kb. Integrity check and repair company has been done.

do you know exactly what int checkers they had you do. i have run into this before and a series of int checkers had to be run. however, i had one company that ptree had to run a special fix on for it to upgrade.
