View Full Version : Descriptions on invoices

Our Service Invoice form is cutting off the last 3-4 lines of item descriptions if the invoice is more than 1 page. All the lines are there when I look at it in the PT program, but they are missing when I print. I have tried changing the form a couple times- making the desc. area larger and deleting the last text line- but I am still having the problem. Any suggestions?

Have you tried using one of the Peachtree supplied forms?

The forms I use were already there when I took over this position about 9 months ago. From what I can tell, they are the normal PT froms.

Go to Reports>>A/R and select Invoices/Pkg slips so that you can see the forms in that group. Does the invoice you use have red arrow in front of the name? If it does then this is a customized form. YOu can't tell from the Sales Invoicing task which invoices are PT supplied or customized.

I would try using a different form to see if you have the same problem as this is not normal behavior for the form. You may need to recreate the invoice form.
