Finance Charge Warnings on Invoices

I use PeachTree Complete v. 7 and I am attempting to include a finance warning at the bottom of my invoices. I have gone into Statement/Invoices Defaults and marked the box that states "Print finance charge warnings on invoices" and included a message in the message. When I print my invoices, the warning does not show up on all invoices. I initially thought it was only printing on invoices for new customers and I possibly needed to do some kind of applying format to include all customers (does this even exist). Today I printed invoices and my new customers invoices included my message and one invoice for my existing customers included my message while the other existing customers invoices did not have the message printed. Can this be fixed?
