we upgraded to peach 2002 and when we have more than 1 user logged and try to open an invoice form or any other somebody is using the system takes 10 seconds to load.

we modified config.sys and bti.ini and are still having the same problem.

We had the same problem and the fix was really odd. We turned off our virus protection software and suddenly it worked fine! I know this isn't the optimal fix, but....

Try to fine-tune your antivirus program instead of turn off them, it's risky! There must be some settings that can balance the need to scan virus and performance. For example, what files to scan, scan files for in/out, etc.

Another two performance bottleneck is the network and memory amount.

Thank you for your comments. I am due to visit the customer soon, and what I will do is try to turn on/off some of the features or probably scale back to the previous version.
