IQW Error

I have installed Peachtree Classic 13 and want to use IQW to export some data to Excel. I used the CD to install. When I tried to run report, (only done small test report) that I wrote or the pre-define reports already there I get this error message "Internal XVT Error: 33400-3047941". I am using Windows XP Pro. Is there some setup information I should know. New Laptop,about a month old - any plug in I need? Also, it prompts me to close or ignore IQW.

I saw by a search that "answer Id 7492" would have the answer. However, I can't find this document on the Peachtree Knowledge base. If anybody has it? Please forward it to me or give me the informaiton.

The "Internal XVT Error" msg is due to an incompatible print driver. Setup an HP LaserJet II or Series II printer in Windows, and temporarily make this fictious printer your default printer. Doing this or using another compatible print driver (default printer) will resolve this problem while you run your IQ Reports.

P.S. Peachtree has removed all Knowledgebase documents pertaining to the now defunct PCA product line.
