Passwording modules....

Is there a way to password certain modules to only allow certain users to have access to them? I know you can have a controller and operator password to only allow the controller to change module options. That won't do what I need to do exactly. Say I only want some of the users on peachtree to have access to Inventory Query and that is all. Nothing Else. No maintenance,no Inventory adjustments just query. Can that be done?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can setup Inventory using the two different passwords (Controller & Operator) as suggested in your post. Those that need READ ONLY access to Inventory Query can use the Sales Invoicing Module - Processing Menu - Query Inventory Status. This feature is available to anyone that can access the AR / SI module.
