Finanical Stmts not deleting, not changing

I accessed a previous financial statement, renamed it, changed account numbers, etc. saved it with new name. But when I look at the report it still has all the old account numbers in it. New name- but wrong accounts. I asked to delete it, but it is still there.
Help, any ideas? Thank you!

It would appear that you now have a corrupted REPORT.DAT file in you company data folder. This problem is usually related to an incompatible print driver.

You can restore a recent backup as a NEW COMPANY and then copy this one file from the just restored data to the current data folder replacing the damaged file. Be sure to backup your current data before attempting any fix or repair. Then you would change the print driver to a potentially more compatible one. Let us know what version of Windows ie. 2000 or XP and the make and model of your laser printer (typically the Default Printer as defined in Windows). From there more suggestions can be offered.
