Deleting Unused Chart of Accounts

I need to reduce the number of files to be backed up. I read in chapter 10 of the Classic Getting Started Book that I should be able to delete all of the industry specific chart of accounts that I don't need using a program called DELCOAS. HOWEVER, that program is NOT in my PCA directory as the book says it should be.
Why not? and how do I get it there so I can delete these unused files.

It's just a little batch file that deletes the extra charts. Contact me at dkoers@comcast.net and I'll email it to you. Place it in your PCA folder.
