Building Inventory Question

Is there a way to have Peachtree automatically build assemblies as they are sold instead of through the Build Assemblies function? My client builds products as they are ordered. They do not maintain an inventory of built products. They would like to have the components in the BOM updated as they sell.

Any suggestions?
