converting data to excel

Does anyone know if there is a way to convert data from peachtree to excel for doing financial statements??

We use PT Complete 2006. When you open up the financial statement, there is an "excel" button at the top of the screen. When you click "excel" it brings up a box that says "copy report to excel". You choose a new workbook or add a new worksheet to an existing workbook. This works with all of the reports.

do you know if earlier versions of PT have that?

I cannot say for sure. What version do you have? Also, have you tried the help function?

PT Complete 2002 has the Excel option...
