Checking account balance

Where do I check my actual checking account balance? I have credit card deposits that post to undeposited cash funds. Also have deposits from received on accounts. Do I have something set up wrong? I am using Peachtree Complete 2002

I hope I am understanding your question o.k. I use Reports/Account Reconcilliation/Account Register. This gives me a report of every entry to a particular bank account with the balance. I try to check this daily. If I dont balance to the running total in my check book I print the report and cross check. Hope this helps.
