How can I get customized information to print on my reports? I know how to customize them by using the design tab but any information I type doesn't show up. For example, on the Purchase Order template I want my phone and fax number under my address in the Ordered By section. I have selected Company name and address where it says Data Field Name. Where it shows the sample data it says to Ctrl+Enter for a new line. I did that and typed my numbers. They show up on the template, the preview and the printed preview but when I go back and print a PO they are gone. What am I doing wrong?

Are you sure you are selecting the customized form name when you print? Also, go to the default info for Statements and Invoices and make sure the option to Print the company name is selected.

Hi Diane,
I am using my customized forms. My address prints but my phone number and e-mail don't. I added them in the box on the design forms page where it says: Ctrl+Enter for a new line. They show up if I print a sample but not when I print an actual invoice or PO.

You are attempting to add your email etc to a pre-defined data field. Instead, click on the design icon labeled TEXT on the left side of the screen and then draw a text box, in which you can add the desired information. You will then be able to size and place the new text box according to your desires. Save and test the revised form.
