Financial statement issue

I'm using Rel. 6.0. I inadvertantly deleted one of my defined financial statements. I tried using the copy financial statement function to set up a new statement, but when I click the Ok button to copy nothing happens - no new statement. Any ideas?

If you have a company data backup, you can setup an new company shell in Peachtree and restore your Company data backup to the new Company there by protecting your primary from being overwitten. Following the restore, go to Maintain, Company Information and change the company name so as to remove confusion between the original or uptodate company and the newly restored parallel company. Now, you should be able to go to Reports and use the Copy Icon to copy financial reports from the one company to the other.
