View Full Version : "Full Invoice Comment" field not printing right

It never fails that whenever I finally get to upgrading my PT, there's always a feature that I rely on that winds up either being changed or becomes buggy in the new version.

In 2002 to 2004 it was the addition of the text "PO #" before each line item in a printed statement. I use this for patient names so in 2002, it used to simply have "JOHN SMITH" and now it has "PO #JOHN SMITH". If someone knows how to remove that PO# that would be great.

Now in PTP 2007, the problem I'm having is that when printing the field labeled "Full Invoice Comment" on a custom report, the so called "multi-lined" field is printing the linefeed/carriage return character as a square/non-printable character. The result is that it prints everything on one line instead. I've changed fonts and it makes no difference. What's agravating is that this same field prints perfectly on invoices detail.

GO to HELP >>Cusotmer Support and Service and there should be a choice there for you to choose from

If you do call here are the questons Peachtree Support will ask

Is this a custom Form?
If yes then your options are to

1. Try a Alternative Print Driver
2. Redesign your form from a standard Form.
