Complete 7.0 Registration Loop Win2000

HELP!
Complete 7.0 under 2000 is stuck in a registration loop
for a normal user..
Does not affect Administrator or this user when added to
Domain Admin... What's the file or registry key that
the user needs access to read the registration infomation?
I'm not about to give Admin rights for Complete users.

The user on the local machine has to be a power user in Windows 2000. The network rights have no effect on the peachtree software except for the network resources. If the user does not have full access the the Peachw directory on the servier you will have problems.

Second it could be how the software was installed on the Windows 2000 comptuer.

Power User doesn't work..
Domain User has to be a member of the Administrator group
of the Local Machine.

Works now. Still ... there must be a more selective way of
giving rights for Complete 7.0...What's going on at the root
level when Complete reads it's registration info? Tried running
program traces etc to not much avail..Must brush up on my skillz.
