Can I setup Peachtree Accounting 2002 on one of our PCs and also use it on
another PC (not at the same time) on our two PC LAN or do I have to purchase
Complete Accounting 2002?

Should work just fine. You'll need to share the directory (c:\peachw\[company]) so that the other pc can see it. When you start peachtree on the other computer, click open company, then browse to the network location (the other pc).
