Inventory not showing correctly

My inventory report is showing ID# ISA-1 qty -38 instock. However, the actual physical count 26 and I went into Task-->Inventory Adjustments and adjusted the qty on hand by 64 so now it showing new qty 26 then save.

Also, after that I went into Maitain---> Inventory Items and looked up for the ID# ISA-1 but in the Qty on hand said -37 and Qty available said -37

Did I doing something wrong with it?

Do you use real time or batch posting? If batch, make sure you post the inventory adjustments journal. Also, check your dates.

Have you checked the date of the inventory adjustment? If it was dated after today's date it will not show.
