I have peachtree complete accounting and have set up my chart of accounts to utilize departments. I can get the individual department income statements but when I try to format the consolidated income statement it won't roll up the totals. I have gone into the design section and changed it to rollup and have specified the G/L numbers but it only includes the first account number in the total. Any help?
