View Full Version : Custom Invoices/purchases

Thanks to everyone's support in answering all the questions I've had. Only one has not been answered.

Each time in Complete 2006, 2005, 2004 I've had the same problem with no solution. Each time I open PT, it goes back to all the default settings in sales invoices and Purchases. I go to templates, select my custom invoice, set template as default and start working. And the same for purchases. When I close out and go back into the same company, both are back to the predefined product. PT can't fix it and the only other person who had this problem was working w/several companies and had to put the custom invoice in each company.
I'm getting tired of doing this each time with no solution. I keep updating thinking one of these times it will work.

ANY HELP....

When logging on to Windows, it would appear that you do NOT have Administrative Rights. Check your User Privileges and if not already set to Adminstrator or Admin Equivalent, then change it. Peachtree demands Administrative Rights in order to allow you to record changes to the Windows Registry, which where your changes need to be recorded.

Thank you soooo much. I did what you said, logged out and in and my custom invoices/purchases were there. For at least 2 years I've been dealing with this problem. Now I'll load 2007!!!
