Changing Inactive status to Active

I am trying to change a vendor I placed on inactive status back to active. I have searched the help menu, but can't find out where I go to make the vendor active again. Can you help me with detailed information about how to do this?

Go to Options, Global, and uncheck "hide inactive". Then go to your vendor, uncheck inactive and save.
