What is the best way, if it is possible, to set up a commissioned sales rep who we withhold taxes on. The taxes are not based on the tables but are a percentage of the pay. For example, we take out 5% for State taxes. In other words is there a way to manually input the withholding numbers. If so, I am not seeing it.

Maintain - Employees- EmployEE tab, remove the check mark under the column CALC for all appropriate taxes. Review the tax calculations, if applicable on the EmployER tab.

When processing the payroll for this person, you can manually enter both their earnings and the respective taxes on the task screen.
