Account reconciliation-checks are no longer marked as cleared

I am having issues with peachtree and account reconciliation. I went through all of the checks and marked what we have to match the bank statement-now when I go back in to work on issues with cleared deposits showing up as outstanding, I find that all of the checks that I marked are no longer marked and I will have to go through that process again-anyone else have these issues and do you have any advice?????

If you modified or even unposted (edited the payment / receipt) following having cleared it in a previous period can cause it to be listed. Go back to October and check the Cleared Status in October.

but a previously closed account reconciliation should not change!!!!!

I don't think it will change, unless you do something with a transaction that is part of it.

Did you Click "OK" on the task bar? It is necessary to click OK whenever leaving the reconcillation in order to save the work you just did. I have been in your situation several times and it is very frustrating.
