View Full Version : Access to Peachtree Company

I updated my Peachtree Accounting several months ago to Peachtree Complete 2000. I currently have three companies installed in the system. I have been working in all three companies, however, something has happened and I cannot get into one of the companies. I keep getting a message "unable to determine security privileges. Please retry later. This is probably due to another user temporarily blocking access to critical files." I have shut down my computer, but that has made no difference, I am still unable to access this one company. Is there anyway I can access this?

Are you in a network environment? If so, I suggest you to copy that company to your local harddrive and try again.

I am a stand alone user. My computer is not on a network. Any other suggestions as to how to get into this locked company?

This is a false error message. The real problem is that your data has a corrupted file.
