Acctg Period

I am new to Peachtree. Can you input info to a company for more than 24 months. How do you move forward for acctg period? Can you go back and look at old info? How?

24 Accounting periods is all you get. However, Peachtree will retain any open items for periods that have been rolled off. to change Accounting period, goto tasks/System/Change Accounting period.
