Insert Graphic into Invoice Problem

I am using PCA 7.0. I tried to add our .bmp logo to our invoices. It appears on the screen in design mode but does not print out on the paper invoice. I added it to our statements and it's working fine. My local Peachtree expert is stumped. Help!!

Check to make sure the "type" and "location" is the same. Your logo design in your forms should show the same folder, with the same (correct) name. You could use MS explorer to make sure the graphic file is where it should be and properly named.

Open your invoice in the Design mode and right click on your mouse while the cursor is on the logo design. Then click the "Properties" box. Then do the same for the other form. They should be the same. If one works the other should too.

BTW, I use version 9. Hopefully these comments will apply to version 7 as well.
