I have a small property management application that uses ACCESS as the database. I also use PeachTree, and instead of having to re-type all my vendors, etc, that I currently have in PeachTree, can I extract the PeachTree database info into an ASCII file, or some other sort of file ?
Yes, If you go to file and import export you can export your customer list to CSV which is Coma Seperated Values. It is real easy and takes no time at all

You should take a look at PawCom. It provides a complete interface between MS Access and Peachtree. Just click a button and the Peachtree data is read into Access tables that you can use in your application. You can download a demonstration kit by going to http://www.multiwareinc.com/pawcom.htm and clicking the download demo button. The demo is fully functional except that it only works with the Bellwether Garden Supply sample company, so you can quickly see how it can help you.
You can order PawCom by clicking on the link near the bottom of the PeachtreeUsers home page.
