Hi all! and Happy New Year!

At my job, we have just purchased a new computer system, and have spent most of the week-end getting things set up. We've been using Peachtree Complete for Windows, which came on diskettes.

Of course when we bought the new computer ... it didn't come with a floppy drive. So I had to hunt for the original installation disks (prev. bookkeeper was not neat nor organized). When found, I disk copied the 7 install disks to a CD (that installation worked fine!) Then I disk copied the Release 4.0 update - Batch 3 to CD, and did that update...it also worked fine.

However, when I restored the backup disk, I found out there had to have been another update installed.

Sure enuf, when looking on the old system, it says Release 4.0 Batch 05 Build 41.4

I NEED to find out where to get a copy of that update. I have searched the office and archives area and cannot find any other Peachtree update disks. The previous bookkeeper has refused to answer or return any of my calls in the last 2 months, so I don't think that's an option, and the boss is clueless about accounting software.

Can anyone give me any resources? Upgrading the peachtree software is not an option for us. :(

Thanks for your help!!!
Judy J

I beleive that the update that was loaded and the one that you can not find is one labeled Peachtree Y2K and it was issued on a CD only. This CD provided program updates for the Year 2000 / Millinium changes for all then existing Peachtree Windows programs.
