gl account column missing in sales and invoicing

OK. Complete 7.0
moved a user to windows 2000 from 98
installed peachtree
user logs on fine but her settings are different.
Even using same files from old computer..
Main database is on a 2000 server.
When she goes to sales and invoicing the gl account column
is not there.. Her old computer can log on and see it..
I go to the template and it shows gl account as required..
but any attempt to see it or make it show up fails.
Sooo whats going on?

Choose Options, Global, and deselect the Hide Accounts option for Accounts Receivable. This is the default setting for a fresh install of Peachtree, which ends up frustrating many users.
