View Full Version : Cannot create 2007 User-Maintained Tx Tables

We have been trying to create SUI 2007 User-maintained tax tables today. I notice that when the 2006 tables are selected, the only info showing is the tax ID--no formula is displayed. However, the percentages were figured on payroll cks for 2006. We finally got 2007 ID & name created, but when we try to enter information in the formula box, the info is shown, but when it is saved the info is not displayed--apparently lost. Also, when a payroll ck is created, a message appears stating that the tax name if present, but setup is for the previous year.

I dont know if this is your problem, but we were having similar problems. We use the Tax Service however. We went through the download process but the system never updated. We are on PT Premium 2006. I went out to the Peachtree Support Site and downloaded the three service packs for our version and all of a sudden the download started working fine. Now our service is updated. Although you don't have the Tax Service, maybe the same bug is keeping your files from updating?

Thank you for the suggestion. We had a problem with the payroll figures right after we installed the 2007 version in July, then we downloaded the updates & the problem seemed to go away. However, I now think that everything may not have gotten "fixed".
