Error Reading Module 4

We have experienced this error twice in the past 18 months:

Error Reading Module 4

Each time we must restore from back-up. Of course, this happens in the middle of the day -and must reconstruct all the work done from the back-up to when we received the error.

Does anyone know what this is? Is there a way to rebuild?

I've tried to repair, but after about 30 minutes, get the same error.

This error means that record 4 of your GENERAL.DAT file has become corrupted. This record contains essential general data that Peachtree needs to run.
