Pay Period

I have Peachtree Quantum 2007. Our pay period runs from Friday to Thursday. The default pay period appears to run Monday through Sunday. For example, I go to Tasks > Time/Expense > Time Tickets and it always shows Monday as the first day on the time ticket and Sunday as the last day on the time ticket. Is there any way to change the time ticket so that it defaults to a Week beginning on Friday and ending on Thursday?
