Check adjustment

Just converted a client from V11 to 12. We're having a problem getting the checks to align correctly. The printing needs to move up about 1/2 inch. I tried changing the settings under - Maintain Options, Align Laser Printer and PT is holding the setting but not making the change when printing the check.

Anybody have any ideas?

Start with .005. Too large of an adjustment will be ignored.
