My network is running a Microsoft Small Business Server 4.5 with a number of Windows 98 and a Windows 2000 machine connected to it. Peachtree Complete Accounting works fine except for one repetitive error on the 2000 machine:

When printing a report to the fax printer provided by SBS, Peachtree works fine unless the user tries to use the address book from the fax dialog. If they do this, the system will fax the report but peachtree will show the error "Another user is modifying the current file" or something like that. If you just type the name and fax number you want without using the address book it does not cause this.

After clicking cancel a couple times to the error, if you try to do anything else in peachtree such as opening a sales order, it gives you a cannot find file "c:\program files\common files\office\nt\mapi\customer.dat" error. It should be looking for the customer.dat file in "E:\peachw"

I do have one update for peachtree installed (The one that makes it version 7.0.03) and SP2 is installed as well.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks

It seems to be a problem related to the working folder of SBS fax, is it possible to change the working folder of SBS fax to peachtree's data path, or use another fax driver like winfax, which should work fine with Peachtree.
