landscape printing missing fields

Using 9.02. I had the bright idea to use landscape printing in a picking list to expand the amount of space for the description. We use a dotmatrix printer on ncr paper to use as a packing list on shipments. to my amazement, NONE of the fields printed. Not Company name phone or any of the order. I printed the same report to the lazer printer and it worked wonderful. Any ideas?

Check:

1. Is the dot-matrix printing working properly with other applications?

2. Check your Peachtree packing list, are the fields using "Printer font," then are the fonts present also in your dot-matrix printer, and check the settings.

3. Update your printer driver for the dot-matrix printer.

thanks for your input! Those suggestions did not help. Could it be related to how peachtree handles grouped fields?

Some users in this forum suggested to change the printer driver, since many dot-matrix printers are compatible with Epson's drivers. You may test other Espon printer drivers. Check this forum and your manual for what drivers you may test.
