View Full Version : Getting Hours and Dollars on same report

I use PT 2004 Premium. Is there any payroll report that will show hours, dollars and the expense accounts? It seems that the hours reports only show the payroll liability (or cash) account, while the report that shows the expenses will only show dollars. I use the Payroll Entry menu for payroll, entering hours and account numbers.

Print a modified Payroll Register report. Using the FIELDS tab, add GL Accounts and Payroll Fields. Then optionally add or remove other fields to complete your desired report. Once designed be sure to click on the SAVE icon and enter a unique report name.
