Application memory error on startup

I get two error messages when opening Peachtree. One is an Application Error "memory could not be read", the other is Error signature, appname: peachw.exe, etc

Screen shots of the windows are in the attached jpeg files, error1.jpg and error2.jpg.

I have searched the forums for this error and only found two items, neither of them have been resolved. Has Peachtree ever resolved this issue?

Such errors can happen if you just loaded Peachtree and these errors result.

If the above is true, it is typically due to Windows Internet Explorer IE7 having been installed befor Peachtree. In this case, you would need to uninstall IE7 via the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove program. Uninstall Peachtree and the re-install.

If the first explanation does not apply, you would be best to uninstall Peachtree and re-install versus running Peachtree Repair program.
