Can anyone help?
We have deleted a previously posted invoice and now can't edit any of those inoices that were dated prior to this particular one
These were all non-closed month invoices.

Go to UTILITIES and create a data backup of your files, and do not replace any previous backup. Then from the Utilities Menu, run the process labeled Recover Data Files - selecting the module Sales Invoice - All Files.

I am the tech that worked on this for her. They are using Classic ver. 13
I ran data recovery on every available module and was unable to find the data. Here is what was explained to me as to what had happened.
A duplicate invoice was created by mistake, she went in to delete one of the duplicates. Entered the invoivce number and deleted. This seemed to remove detail information for any invoices prior to this one. The invoices are still there, but no detail information is available for these. There was no prior backup. I do not know Peachtree that well. It appears that this is unrecoverable. If you have any other sugestions let us know.

If the Peachtree Utilities failed to fix the problem and you do not have a viable good backup, then you do not have any further options.

To create new empty Sales Invoice data files, go to Utilities, Recover Data Files, Create Empty Data Files. Select both Sales Invoice Header and Sales Invoice Detail.

You may have to use Peachtree's utility program labeled UTILBA to reset NET PENDING Fields in the Customer Query and Inventory Query.
