Hi, I'm just closing my first year on PeachtreeComplete Accouting 2005 and I kinda messed up. I was using the Year End Wizard and I did it right until the step that prints the reports. I hit next and I realized that it was printing some reports I didn't wanted, so I erased all the reports from the printer's spool. I thought if I didn't finished the wizard all the way, it would display this the next time I started the wizard.
Please, can someone help me, or do I have to print all the reports one by one?
if this is the case, which were the reports that get printed every month.
Thanks

During the Year End Close process, you can UNCHECK each and every selected report before proceding. In newer versions of Peachtree, they added a button on this screen labeled 'DESELECT ALl'. These reports are reports that Peachtree would suggest be printed every month but were not. It is not mandatory that you print these reports, just Peachtree's recommendation from an accounting point of view.

ok, I understand. But, is there any way that I can get the wizard to print all of those for me again? I need them printed, so if the wizard doesn't do it, i'll have to do it manually:eek: .
Thanks

You could restore your pre-year end backup that the YE Close Wizard forced as a NEW COMPANY. This process would create a second copy of your Company parallel to each other from which you could then start the YE process again, allowing you to print all of the reports. If you decide to try this method, backup your existing company first as a security blanket and then following the RESTORE (New Company versus Existing Company), you would go to Maintain - Company Information and modify the Company Name to include the Year i.e. Sample Company - 2006. So next time you go to FILE - OPEN COMPANY, you will be able to quickly differentiate between your current that the restore old data copy.

Or you will have to print them manually, one by one for each accounting period required.
